Abstract

Plates and the like, travelling. - Advertising - plates L', L" on upper and lower tiers of rails K are released by a pin Y on a cam A rocking a set of levers G<1>, G" and locking pins; a front frame of the upper tier and a back frame of the lower tier are then transferred from one tier to the other, simultaneously, by means of a slotted rocking bar B carrying cross-pieces with projecting pins which engage the display frames. The cam A also rocks a switch which shuts off the lamps J when the frames are being changed, and also rocks a mirror M, so that it is in a position to reflect light from the lamps J through the displayed frame, when that frame is in the display position.
