7490. Mannesmann, M. March 25. Slabs.-In a concrete building constructed of studs and slabs of the same height as the stories, the floors and roof are cast in situ, the reinforcements being secured to hooks or eyes g<3>, Fig. 13, cast in the slabs. Corbels or rabbets are provided under the edges of the floors, and the door and window openings are formed in the slabs. The slabs are tongued and grooved on the square or bevelled vertical edges as shown in Fig. 10.
