Single - stroke apparatus with pistons.-A fluid-container of the type comprising a cylinder 2 and a piston 3 adapted to force the fluid from the cylinder by the rotation of a screw 4 is provided with removable caps at the ends fitted with flexible washers which can be expanded to form tight joints. The upper cap is fitted with two washers 6, 6<a> which are pressed against the cylinder 2 and the screw 4 respectively by the rotation of a cap 9 having a screw-threaded extension 8 engaging with a corresponding extension of a disk 7. The washer 6 of the lower cap is similarly compressed by the rotation of a cap 15.
