Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and rubber-ring and like cushions.-The felloe 1, Figs. 1 and 2, and metallic rim 2 are formed with facing semicylindrical pockets 3, 4, and partitions 3', 4', in which are fitted two series of india-rubber cylinders 5, held by rings 6 secured to the felloe, so that the rim can adjust itself to the camber of the road. Figs. 4 and 5 show modifications in which the outer rim is in two or four independent parts respectively, with a similar number of cushions.
