24,861. Merrett, J. Oct. 26. Swivelling handles. -Relates to swivelling brush and like handle holders of the kind comprising a disk having an angularly-disposed handle socket, a plate fixed to the brush stock, and locking projections and recesses on the plate and disk enabling them to be locked in adjusted position by tightening up the pivot bolt passing therethrough. The disk b, which is perforated centrally for the pivot screw d and has the handle socket a formed integrally with or fixed to it, is recessed concentrically and provided with pairs of diametrically - arranged grooves e, and the stock-plate c is formed with a corresponding boss c' and pair of projections f. The pivot screw d has an enlarged head pierced with a hole adapted to receive a rod for turning it.
