Abstract

20,912. Farley, J. Sept. 8. Rotary disk and like apparatus. - Advertising-frames, successively displayed by feed-chains after the manner described in Specification 9561/10, are provided with display openings and movable devices 21, which engage thrust or rotary rods 28 directly or through toothed gearing when the frame carrying them has reached the display position. The thrust rods are operated, when the plate is being displayed, by cams 33 on a rotating rod 31, through oscillating levers 34 if desired. A worm gearing, driven from the rod 31, may cause the devices 21 to move. Lamps may be switched on by each frame as it enters the display position.
