Rotary cylinder, prism, disk and like apparatus.-Relates to advertising-apparatus whereiu is employed a revolving frame 2 with a number of display faces; having movable parts thereon, operated by cams. A reciprocating part 16 for rotating the frame 2 carries a rod 30 which acts upon the edge of the cams 23. A motor-driven wheel 9 drives an arm 13, which is connected to a link 15 by a pin 14, placed eccentrically to the axis of its pinion. The link 15 reciprocates a lever 16, carrying a pawl, which gives a step-by-step movement to a ratchet-wheel 4 and sleeve 5, fixed to the frame 2. Upon the link 15 retracting the lever 16, the rod 30, connected therewith, acts upon the edge of cam 23 and lowers a link 25, which operates an arm 26, pivoted about the same pivot as the movable part of the displayed face of the advertising frame.
