In the form shown in Fig. 6, an outer rim is dispensed with, and the felloe m, which is formed with tapering walls m<1>, rests directly on the flanged base of a solid rubber tyre. The inner rim flanges are strengthened by radially-arranged pairs of ribs w, separately attached.
