13,571. Richter, L. June 4. Rotating-tool machines.-A machine for treating skins comprises two oppositely-rotating tools a<1>, a<2> placed on opposite sides of the worksupporting band b. The skin is introduced at the crown of the machine by hand, the pressure rollers e, f being raised for this at the time when the tools a<1>, a<2> are swung away from the band b by the cams g. The portion 2, 3 of the skin is first treated by the roller a<2>, and the portion 1, 2 is then acted upon by the roller a<1>. The work - support may be backed by rubber rollers d<1>.
