7517. Dietzel, J. F. Sept. 26. Folding and collapsible seats. - In folding auxiliary seats for automobiles &c., of the kind having a socket 2 on the seat frame adapted to fit on one of several pins 3 arranged on brackets 4 at different parts of the vehicle so as to enable the occupant to face in different directions, the pin and socket are square in section to prevent rotation, and the pin is provided with a cone 6 fitting in the bracket 4, a threaded portion 7 with a nut 8, and a lug 6<a> to prevent movement in the bracket. The seat may be fitted with arm-rests and a folding table, as described in Specification 7232/09.
