Abstract

Seats, arrangement of.-In automobile vehicles of the kind in which two steering handwheels are provided so that the vehicle can be driven in either direction, a seat z is mounted between them so that when the seat is swung round towards one af the steering-wheels, that steering-wheel is coupled, and the other one disengaged from the steering - mechanism. Fig. 3 shows a modification in which two spring seats z are provided, the raising of the unoccupied seat effecting the disconnexion of the steering-mechanism.
