[Addition to 1879/10.] Water-tube boilers. - One of the headers of the upper group of tubes of the boiler described in the parent Specification is utilized to supply the hot water from the steam and water drum to the lower group of tubes. Fig. 3 shows the arrangement. The central header p is utilized, and is connected at the bottom with a distributor r, which communicates by short pipes s with headers of the lower group of tubes.
