[Addition to 6700/09.] Incandescent gas burners.-In a modification of the anti-vibration device described in the parent Specification, the usual air inlets of an inverted burner are replaced by a helical spring 5, Figs. 6 and 7, inserted between the two parts 2<a>, 2<b> of the mixing-tube, the part being screwed into or connected by a screwed connexion 23, Fig. 7, to the main part of the mixing-tube. The spring 5 may be secured by hooks 25, Fig. 6, fixed to nuts 26, or may form part of the by-pass.
