Sleeve - link inserters.-One link 8 is placed between the tapering spring metal arms 2, 3, which are then pressed together in the hand, the shank 7 of the link passing through a circular aperture formed by pairs of lugs 4, 5, Fig. 3, on the inturned overlapping ends of the arms. The instrument is then passed through the button-holes of the cuff &c., as shown in Fig. 4. Alternatively only one arm may be provided with lugs, or the two lugs may be arranged diagonally one on each arm.
