4197. Wicksteed, C. Feb. 20. Cleaning internally, rotary appliances for.-A rotary device for scaling boilertubes has inclined cutting - rollers B and parallel cutters C. The cutting-rollers comprise separate cutting-disks, mounted on pins b<1> having a tapered end b<2> tapering into a corresponding hole in the head of the tool, the other end b' screwing into place, and having a square or other projection adapted to receive a suitable fixing-tool. The device has a leading rose cutter E.
