Abstract
24,457. Lamson Paragon Supply Co., and Evans, J. M. Nov. 13. Duplicating or sales books.- Checks or sales books have all or some of their leaves permanently s e - cured at the opposite edges. The Figure shows one form, in which the the block a consists of leaves, all of which are stitched at e, and every third one at b. The block is attached by a clip g to the part f of a three-part hinged cover d, e, f, a tab h being also inserted in a pocket, having a flange f<1>, in the part f. The leaves a<1>, a<2> are perforated at x to enable them to be torn out, while the leaves a<3> are per. forated at y for severance when the next triplicate set is required to be used. The leaves a<3> intended to remain in the book are folded under the part f, but they may also be perforated at x for detachment. The leaves a', a<2> in the form shown are divided into tickets by perforations at x. The carbon sheets i<1>, i<2> are sewn at the end b ; and a paper cover a<4> may be provided.
