15,405. Reynolds, T., and Reynolds, M. July 21. Making parts of belt gearing.-A belt-fastener is produced from sheet metal by stamping projections of ogee configuration. These projections are produced by a compound punch and die comprising a double row of punches e, and tapered slots respectively, the cutting-edges being curved convexly rearwards from the points. The plate is slightly curved, and strengthening ribs b are formed therein.
