Capsule-closures.-A disk 3, Fig. 3, is formed by stamping, and is then bent up to form a cap, as shown in Fig. 4, the ends of the arms 6 being inclined upwards and outwards. A cork or like washer 4, Fig. 2, is cemented in the cap. The curved parts of the arms 6 engage the projection 2, Fig. 2, on the bottle neck when the cap is placed in position, and the ends of the arms are afterwards bent downwards.
