Spring wheels; hubs.-The inner part of a hub is suspended on a circular band spring enclosed in the outer concentric part. A sleeve m, Figs. 1 and 2, on the axle E has two flanges d, each provided with four slots r, in which slide transverse pins a<1>. Links b connect these pins to pins a held in blocks c which slide in guides in rings C, Fig. 2, bolted to an outer ring M. A circular band spring R passes freely through the blocks c, the dotted lines in Fig. 3 showing the same when yielding or displaced. The outer part M is connected to the felloe by a metallic or wooden body of suitable form.
