Collectors.-The pull-rope for operating the trolley-arm is attached to a frame e, which is fitted with one or more rollers g to enable it to run freely on the trolley-arm d. The frame e normally rests at the bottom of the inclined trolley-arm, and the pull-rope along the roof of the car, but when the rope is pulled, to operate the trolley-arm, the frame runs to the outer end of the arm.
