15,893. Cummins, E. H. July 16. Casement fasteners.-A link 4 is pivoted to a bracket 10 secured to the casement 1, and a link 5 is pivoted to a plate 12 secured to the frame 2. The free ends of the links are preferably thickened, and are secured together by means of a bolt 7 and nut 8. By tightening up the nut to clasp the links, the casement may be secured. The neck of the bolt is square &c. to engage a corresponding hole in one of the links, the other link being slotted for the passage of the screwed part of the bolt.
