Abstract
1375. Lewis, A. Jan. 18. Milk cans.-Relates to means applied to cans for containing or retailing milk or other liquids, to retain any sediment, and prevent it from being poured out with the last portions of the milk. The bottom A of the can is dished, and a vessel E is secured by an elbow C to a nozzle B fixed at the lowest point of the bottom A. The vessel E is arranged relatively to the tap G in such a position that the sediment will be retained in the vessel E when the can is tilted.
