Abstract

17,888. Wilson, W. A. July 30. Screens, weather and like.-Relates to a rain guard for cyclists, which consists of an apron A the sides B, C and D, E of which are attached to rods F by lacing &c. The rods F pass through the flanges of the clips J, which are skewed so as to cause the rods to take e vertical position. The clips J secure the apron to the handlebar of the machine. The lower part of the apron is bifurcated, and the extremities G, H are secured to the front fork by loops h or in any other convenient manner. Slits K are formed to receive the lamp bracket. When not required, the guard may be detached, rolled up, and carried on the cycle by the aid of clips.
