Abstract

Screens, weather and like; sails for propelling.- Relates to screens for attachment to bicycles, tricycles, &c., to protect the riders from dust, rain, wind, &c., and to serve as sails when the wind blows from behind. The Figures show the application to a lady's bicycle. A screen C, shaped as shown and preferably formed in two parts, is secured to the steering-post by inserting hooks formed on it into eyes formed on clips A secured to the steering-post. Stays D connect similar eyes formed on a clip B secured to the frame, to eyes formed in the screen C.
