Abstract
3361. Judge, R. J., and Hunt, H. Feb. 9. Soldering and brazing furnaces. - Relates to apparatus particularly adapted for soldering tubes. The hearth 6 is provided with a removable cover or roof 9 lined with fireclay. A door 11 is provided at one end for inspection purposes. The baffle 19 prevents the escape of fumes, otherwise than by way of the chimney 16, on the door being opened. Tubes which are passing through the fire are indicated in dotted lines.
