The lid is secured in place by metal strips D<I>, D<2>, which are bent over the lid and secured thereto by nails &c, A length of steel tape H is passed through apertures in the strips D<1>, D<2>, and the ends of the tape are sealed together, thereby preventing the strips being turned back without detection.
