Baskets.-Baskets &c. comprise bottom, side, and end sections separately formed and secured by bolts and bars 3 extending through the wickerwork and hooked at one or both ends over the inner members of the double end sticks 5, 6 which bound the parts. The bolts may be headed at one end 3<a>. The inner end sticks may be of metal, and the top edge of the sides and ends may have a metal or other covering. A metal covering might be made to project inwordly to form a supporting ledge for the lid, or such a ledge may be provided by securing bars to the side &c. sections.
