Abstract
182,086. Kriegerbeck, V., and Bautz, J. June 18, 1921, [Convention date]. Kinematograph picture films .-Paper films have the pictures printed in columns on both sides of a sheet. The series on the front, Fig. 1, are printed in columns starting from left to right, and with blanks 11<a> to 88<a> at the bottom of each column. The series on the back, Fig. 2, which is shown as folded over at the edge A, are printed in the reverse order and also with blanks 99<a> to 176<a>. The columns are cut and joined by attachment at the blanks, forming a direct series of pictures on one side, and a reverse series on the other side, of the paper film so formed. Additional blank spaces can be left for titles or headings. The film does not require rewinding for continuing with the series on the back and where all the pictures cannot be printed on a single sheet the first half of the record is printed on the front faces of several sheets and the remainder in the reverse order on the backs. Specification 9291/01 [Class 132, Toys &c.], is referred to. In the Specification as open to inspection under Sect 91 (3) (a) it is stated that the above method is applicable for stereoscopic films. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
