Between depending lugs c<2> and the side c<4> of the part care secured brackets h rigidly secured to the head d. The upper ends of the brackets h and the side c<4> are provided with apertures into which fit the bosses i<2>, j<2> of the insulating washers i, j, the latter boss j<2> of the latter washer also fitting an aperture of a third insulating washer j, k. The brackets are secured to the lugs c<2> and part c<4> by a screw passing through an outer washer m.
