Spring wheels with continuous outer rigid ring and helical springs.-A resilient wheel provided with a solid tyre a is provided with spring devices A, B - - F interposed 'between the rim b and a rigid spoke member d to each of which the spring devices are fixed. Each spring device comprises a circular frame or frame of other convenient shape having six or other number of symmetrically disposed springs guided by relatively sliding members which are pivoted at their ends to the frame and the spoke member d respectively. The springs are arranged to be always in tension or always in compression.
