Soldering - irons. - A gas-heated soldering-iron has a gas supply through a small hole 5 from the tubular handle to a combustion chamber 4 connecting with a series of radial expanding passages 6. In a modification a passage may extend towards the nose of the bit. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 13443/01 and 19817/02.
