Walls; partitions .-Wall or partition sections consisting of concrete-filled framed members are formed by laying the frames, previously covered on one side with sheet material such as asbestos cement sheets, horizontally on a floor, then filling in the concrete or like material and covering the same with a second sheet. The completed rections are tilted vertically and secured in place. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 21192/90, 11987/13, 12592/13 and 27131/13.
