Description

(54) THE PAINTER'S PAINT SHIELD (71) I, JAMES BRYAN NAYLOR (British), 7 Larkfield -Lane, Southport, Merseyside, do hereby declare the invention, for which I pray that a patent may be granted to me, and the method by which it is to be performed, to be particularly described in and by the following statement:- The painter's shield is an oblong piece of metal or moulded plastic approximately 18" long4+" widex24 gauge thick. One of the long sides is curved so that it fits snugly between a carpet and skirting-board edge.
No handle is fitted, this enables all four sides tb be used for other general paint shielding protection.
WHAT I CLAIM IS: 1. An oblong painter's shield having one long side curved so that it can fit between a carpet edge and skirting board, and having no handle so that all four sides can be used for painting shielding; it is made of metal or plastic.
2. The Painter's Shield as hereinbefore described.
