Signal and like lamps.-A projecting lamp for railway signalling and for other purposes is provided with a light source, such as an incandescent electric lamp filament A, B, at each focus of an elliptical reflector R. One or more lenses C, D are arranged so that the rays passing through the front focus are projected in a parallel beam.
