Liquid-fuel furnaces.-In an oil-fired baker's oven, the burner 9 has a swivel mounting 8 so .that it can fire one or other of two oven chambers 1. As shown in Fig. 3, the mounting comprises two fixed pipes 7, 14 for oil and steam respectively and the rotatable member 8 engaging therewith and carrying the burner. Full-bore connection is established in the two operative pcsitions through holes 20 and in intermediate positions a small supply sufficient for a pilot flame is maintained by a small annular groove 22. Oil is supplied from a tank 3 above the oven and steam is generated in a heating coil 12 and passes through a separator 13 on its way to the burner.
