Grilling-stoves.-In a gas grilling-stove, a refractory block 5 is supported by projections 7 above the metal frets 3, and the inner surfaces of the metal casing 1 are polished to act as heat reflectors. The flames from a burner 4 play on the underside of the frets, the products of combustion passing through perforations in the horizontal portions of the frets and heating the block 5 before escaping through the outlets 10.
