Abstract

155,502. Marks, E. C. R., (Nordiska Kullagers F÷rsõljnings Aktiebolag). April 29, 1920. Ball bearings having line contact with one or both of unbroken grooved race rings, as described in Specification 117,341, are so proportioned that the moment of inertia of each roller about its' normal axis of rotation exceeds that about any other axis through its centre of gravity. The rollers are of such a large breadth that their insertion between the race rings cannot be performed when the rings are in their proper concentrical position.
