Abstract

154,292. Rees, L. M. Aug. 19, 1919. Draught, dust, and weather excluders.- A weather strip 9 slides in an inclined fashion in brackets secured to the door. When the door is open, the strip is held above the floor by springs which connect it to a fixed strip 5; it is pressed towards the door by springs 26; and when the door is closed it is pressed downwards on to the floor by arms 14 on a rocking shaft 13 provided with an adjustable arm 16, 18 engaging with the jamb. In a modification, the weather strip is arranged to slide vertically.
