Abstract

1535122 Vehicle screen wipers ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 13 Jan 1976 [14 Jan 1975] 01120/76 Heading A4F A wiper blade assembly 10 is connected to a wiper arm 14 by a plastics V-shaped connection member 13 comprising limbs 17, 18 which can be resiliently urged towards one another to engage within a hook at an end of the arm 14, and pivotal means such as hinge pins 16 at each side of the member which are resiliently movable towards one another by virtue of an intermediate slot 19 so that they can engage in bores in opposing side walls 12 of the blade assembly. As shown, a lug 24 on the member 13 engages in a recess (not shown) in the hook. To prevent withdrawal of the pins 16 from the bores in the side walls, the pins may have enlarged ends Fig. 3 (not shown) or, as in Fig. 6, the connection member 40 may have hooks 43, 44 engaging the side walls 41, 42.
