Abstract

1526752 Edge shutter; surface screeding I D C GROUP Ltd 14 May 1976 [16 May 1975] 21033/75 Headings E1G and E1S An edge shutter 4 for, e.g. a concrete floor, has a levelling plate 3 fixed to it in such a way that the plate 3 can be adjusted to provide a horizontal upper surface 8 which can be used for screeding purposes. Studs 5, welded to the plate 3, and passing through vertical slots 6, can be used for the adjustment. Fine adjustment means, e.g. levelling screws, can be employed as well, between the plate 3 and the shutter 4. The plate 3 can extend beyond the end of the shutter where several shutters are used in line.
