1524745 High frequency transformers COMMUNICATIONS PATENTS Ltd 22 March 1977 [20 April 1976] 15814/76 Heading HIT A high frequency transformer (3-30 MHz) comprises two cores, 1, 2, an intermediate core 3, and two reluctance gaps 4; two pairs of winding sets 6, 7 are mounted on the cores 1, 2, one set of each pair on each core; and a centre tap 8, 9, 10, 11 of a winding 7 of each set is connected to an end of a winding 6 of the other set in the same pair, and the otherwise unconnected ends of the windings 6 in each pair are joined at terminals 12, 13. The transformer is for wired broadcasting systems, e.g. Fig. 3 (not shown).
