Abstract

1512012 Adjustable seats E S THORNTON and K A GARNETT [trading as THORNTON & GARNETT] 14 April 1975 [27 April 1974] 15109/75 Divided out of 1512011 Heading A4J Also in Division A1] A seat 30 and control console 16a, supported on a platform 42, can be raised and lowered without tilting by mounting the platform 42 on a vertical axis 35 of a parallelogram frame which can be displaced by an hydraulic ram 45. The parallelogram frame comprises a fixed upright 20 having pivoted arms 34, 35 and bracing struts 41, 44. Use of the device is described in association with a mole plough of the kind described in Parent Specification 1512011.
