Abstract

1511600 Calcium sulphate alpha-hemihydrate HOECHST AG 20 Dec 1976 [20 Dec 1975] 53116/76 Heading C1A Calcium sulphate alpha-hemihydrate compositions suitable for forming self-levelling floor surfacings, comprise one or more phosphoric esters and a mixture of surfactants. The composition suitably contains 0À1-2 wt. per cent of phosphoric ester and 0À1-2 wt. per cent of surfactant mixture, based on the α-hemihydrate. The composition may additionally contain 0À01-2 wt. per cent of alkylene oxide high polymers or 0À01-2 wt. per cent of a cellulose ether. A flowable material is obtained by mixing the composition and water in a suitable ratio of 3 to 3À7:1.
