Abstract

1511926 Stabilizing soils KITAGAWA IRON WORKS CO Ltd 12 March 1976 10038/76 Heading C1H [Also in Divisions El and B1] A solidifier agent for stabilization treatment of weak soils is produced by blending a twocomponent blendable mixture of land hardening agents together with 40-60% by weight of an industrial residue, such as calcium hydroxide, carbide residue, aluminium residue, nickel residue and mineral residues. Alternatively a residue may be used having 10-20% silicic acid material, 1-2% pulp residue lignin material and 5-40% Portland cement and obtained by calcination at a temperature from 500-1000‹ C. after moulding or forming the product to granular form.
