Abstract

1509259 Lighting and ventilating fittings O RASMUSSEN 31 Oct 1975 45546/75 Headings F4R and F4V A combined lighting and ventilating arrangement for a ceiling comprises two or more elongate reflectors 11A defining a longitudinal passage 20 communicating with the room via an air gap 19 for the forced flow of air therethrough. As shown, a pivoted vane 18 may be adjusted according to whether air flow is into or out of the duct 20. At the rear of each reflector a duct 15 carries a choke coil 16 and the air duct 20 is closed by a cover 21 carrying inlet or exhaust connections. The reflector margins are profiled for interconnection and to support a false ceiling 28. End plates (24) (Fig. 2, not shown) close groups of reflectors and air ducts.
