Abstract

1507055 Concrete wall and ceiling formwork ABS-GELL VERKSTADS AB 12 Aug 1975 [12 Aug 1974] 33611/75 Heading E1S In a formwork element having a wall-forming portion and a ceiling-forming portion; for casting wall and ceiling together, the wallforming portion consists of two parts, e.g. an upper main form and a lower edge strip; (see Fig. 1, not shown), the two parts being connected by a link 15 pivoted to both parts by pins 16, 17, the link having means for turning it, e.g. a socket 18 for a lever, whereby to contract the form to facilitate stripping, in the manner shown. A similar construction may be applied to the ceiling-forming portion also. For securing the formwork in the casting position, pins may be inserted through aligned holes in plates or angle bars attached to the two parts.
