1505716 Hinge mountings BLUM GmbH 25 March 1975 [1 April 1974] 12512/75 Heading E2F In a hinge of the kind in which an elongate hinge arm assembly 1 secured with respect to a mounting plate 9 is designed to carry link arms (not shown) pivotally connected to a further mounting component, a resilient part 7 is inserted between hinge arm assembly and mounting plate and has a projecting portion 11 which engages an edge 10 of the mounting plate transverse to the longitudinal axis of the arm assembly. A part 2 of the assembly 1 is slidably received in guides in the plate 9, an intermediate part 3 is pivoted at axis 8 to the part 2, and a hinge arm 14 is slidably mounted on part 3. An adjustment screw 6 allows relative longitudinal movement between arm 14 and intermediate part 3, a screw 4 can pivot part 3 about axis 8, and a screw 5 allows transverse sliding movement between part 2 and the mounting plate 9. The part 7 is injection moulded plastics, slotted for resilience and is located about the axis 8.
