Abstract

1504751 Adhesive tapes KORES HOLDING ZUG AG 28 Feb 1975 [1 April 1974 27 Jan 1975] 8629/75 Heading B2E [Also in Division C3] An adhesive tape or web, storable as a roll, comprises a ribbon, fabric, or foil substrate having on one surface a pressuresensitive adhesive (P) and on the other a coating of a silicone-free release agent (R) comprising by wt. 5-25% amide wax and 75-95% hot sealing adhesive, (R) being in contact with (P). The substrate may be of paper, plastics e.g. PVC or regenerated cellulose. (R) may be applied molten or in solution, e.g. in toluene/isopropanol, e.g. by spraying e.g. from an aerosol can. Use self-sticking labels or wall-paper.
