Reservoirs, attaching to lanterns.-In a vehicle or other lamp in which the oil-container is secured to the lamp body by means of bayonet fastenings, the bayonet-stud, or one of the bayonet-studs, is locked in the attached position by the closure of another part of the lamp. For example, in the lamp shown in Fig. 2, the bayonet-stud g on the reservoir c is locked in the slot k in the lamp body a by engagement with an eye-plate or hasp m on the front bell b, when the bell is closed.
