Abstract

1494219 Developing electrostatic images ITEK CORP 18 Dec 1974 [2 Jan 1974] 54777/74 Heading G2H As a carrier particle/toner particle developer mix passes between photo-conductive drum 1 and development electrode 3 it is diverted transversely of circumferential paths around the drum by hitting a multiplicity of protuberances on the face of the electrode. Preferably the spacing of the gap between the drum 1 and the electrode 3 narrows downwards. The protuberances may be generally diamond-shaped, and form an array.
